Closing the year 2025 and heading into 2026 would normally be a time of hope and new beginnings but many families have been effected by the ICE activity and if not directly folks are experiencing needless stress and turmoil in their communities and in their homes. We decided that we wanted to bring our positive messages to some of the neighborhoods most hit by regular visits by masked men calling themselves ICE agents.

Wendy and DB with the help of @chicagofederationofmusicians and the Music initiative trust fund partnered with the Chicago Public Library and Foundation to bring these concerts to communities and libraries in Chicago. Our hope is to raise up the LOVE! We understand that our mission is to continue to bring positivity, hope, music education and LOVE rising to the community, library and the families they serve.
